Thought-and-a-Half For The Day

How few layers of clothing there are between a person and public shame. If only we lived in a society of nudists. But then, that would create its own problems: travelling by bicycle would have to be outlawed, and where would we put our hands if we didn't have pockets?

As a child in Africa I essentially lived near-nude until I was sent back to boarding school in the UK. This probably explains why I can't ride a bicycle and always carry a bag.

I still don't like clothes. I should move to somewhere warmer.

Aunty - excellent quote I remember from my Uni student paper:

Public nudity is great, and as a kid you can get away with it all the time.

Rachy - do you know they actually had a naked bicycle ride through Fitzroy last week? I was in a cafe and they rode right by me and I missed the whole thing!
